Simple rules for using Pulse Chat responsibly.

These Terms of Use govern access to the Pulse Chat app, related websites, and connected services. By using Pulse Chat, users agree to these terms.

1. Use of the service

Pulse Chat provides messaging, calling, planning, coordination, discovery, and related communication features. Users must use the service lawfully and in a way that does not abuse, disrupt, or harm others.

2. Accounts and access

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their own account and for activity that takes place through it. Pulse Chat may suspend, restrict, or remove access where needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

3. Acceptable behavior

  • No unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful use of the service.
  • No harassment, spam, impersonation, or attempts to evade moderation and safety controls.
  • No objectionable content, hate speech, sexually explicit exploitation, violent threats, or abusive behavior toward other users.
  • No interference with service security, infrastructure, or other users' access.

4. User content

Users remain responsible for the content they create, send, upload, or share through Pulse Chat. Users should only share content they have the right to use and distribute.

Pulse Chat has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Reported or blocked abusive users may be restricted, removed, or permanently ejected from the service, and offending content may be removed without notice.

5. Availability and feature changes

Pulse Chat may update, improve, limit, or remove features over time. The service may also experience interruptions for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.

AI-assisted drafts, summaries, suggestions, and translations are provided to help you communicate more easily. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your context. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated or translated content before sending it or relying on it.

Translations may not be perfect. Important legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-stakes content should be reviewed by a qualified human or professional before being acted on.

6. Privacy and data handling

Use of the service is also governed by the Pulse Chat Privacy Policy, which explains how data is processed and how users can exercise controls.

Where specific features are enabled, Pulse Chat may use DeepL to provide translation features and Mistral AI to provide AI-assisted drafting, summaries, catch-up, or decision suggestions. Such use is subject to the Pulse Chat Privacy Notice and applicable provider terms and data processing arrangements.

7. Termination

Users may stop using Pulse Chat at any time. Pulse Chat may limit or terminate access for violations of these terms, service misuse, or security and legal reasons.

You must not submit content to AI-assisted or translation features unless you are allowed to share and process that content. You must not use AI-generated or translated outputs for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or discriminatory purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pulse Chat is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, suitability for a particular purpose, or error-free availability.
